Built in 1930 as a two bedroom one bath residence, it was added onto over the years and had a small apartment on the lower level with a large unfinished basement. The house was taken down to the studs and completely rebuilt in order to improve light, flow, and strengthen the connection to the bay and garden by providing views from every room. Craftsman details such as hooded casings, bay windows, door awnings, trellises, built-in casework and a cottage kitchen express the timeless quality and character of this home. What once was considered a tear down is now a classic bungalow, with a calm, relaxing ambiance.
