A substantial 2,200 sq. ft., two-story addition was constructed along the side of the house, dramatically expanding the footprint while respecting the proportions and architectural language of the original structure. The entire home was taken down to the studs and meticulously rebuilt, allowing for updated systems, improved structural integrity, and a cohesive, reimagined floor plan.

Preserving the classic charm of the Victorian era was central to the renovation.
